Delivery Time (Pakistan)

Average delivery time (after dispatch) for Karachi: 2 – 3 working days and is 3–5 working days for major cities (outside Karachi).
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Flood-affected or disrupted areas may experience extended delivery timelines.
Customers are requested to remain available on their provided contact number so our delivery team can reach them.
Timely delivery is subject to product availability and order confirmation.
During sale events, both processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

📌 Note: For your security, we recommend getting orders delivered directly to your address. Quoraél (Transcode Digital) will not be responsible for any loss or damage if the order is redirected to courier offices or pickup points.

International Delivery

Estimated dispatch time for international orders is 5–7 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Full payment is required in advance for all international orders.
Orders cannot be canceled once marked as “in process.”
Customers are responsible for shipping charges, duties, and customs fees. Refusal of delivery will result in these costs being charged to the customer.
During sale periods, delivery timelines may be extended.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only to the original payee’s account (Bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) used at the time of order. The account must be under the same name as the payee.
Once an order is marked as “in process”, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Quoraél (Transcode Digital) reserves the right to cancel orders from flood-affected areas if delivery is deemed unsafe or not possible.

Payments & Verification

To ensure safe transactions, we may request payment verification (such as cardholder or CNIC confirmation) before processing certain orders.
Quoraél (Transcode Digital) reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by the issuing bank or flagged as suspicious.

1.01 – 1.5 kg → PKR 420
1.51 – 2.0 kg → PKR 555
2.01 – 2.5 kg → PKR 690
2.51 – 3.0 kg → PKR 825
3.01 – 3.5 kg → PKR 960
3.51 – 4.0 kg → PKR 1,095
4.01 – 4.5 kg → PKR 1,230
4.51 – 5.0 kg → PKR 1,365

Rest of Pakistan (Outside Sindh)

Shipping rates for orders outside Sindh are as follows:

We offer Free Shipping across Pakistan on all orders of PKR 5,000 and above.

International Orders

International shipping charges vary depending on country, city, and locality.
