At Quorael (Transcode Digital), your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery(subject to the conditions below).


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@blue-yak-648414.hostingersite.com or quorael.store@gmail.com.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective seals intact.

  • Perfume consumption exceeding 5% will not qualify for return or exchange.

  • Change of mind or customer error is not applicable.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please send us clear images immediately on the day of delivery as proof.

  • Sale, discounted, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are exempt from this policy.

Additional notes:
  • The return shipping charges are borne by the customer. We will refund only the product cost.

  • Please note that delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product itself will be refunded.

  • A packaging fee of PKR 80 and the value of free testers (PKR 190 each) will be deducted from the refund if packaging is opened or testers have been used.

  • Exchanges may take 5–10 working days (excluding holidays).

  • The Tester Box has no return or exchange policy because it is just for testing purposes.

Inspection & Approval Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and verified within 48 working hours.

  • Quorael (Transcode Digital) reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not comply with the conditions stated in our policy.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only to the original payee’s account (Bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) used at the time of order. The account must be under the same name as the payee.

  • Customers are responsible for any differences due to currency exchange rates or bank charges.


How to Apply for a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at contact@blue-yak-648414.hostingersite.com or quorael.store@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

  2. You may also contact our Customer Service team at +92 312 6706996 (WhatsApp available) for assistance.

  3. In some cases, our support team may direct you to the nearest outlet for exchange.

  4. Once approved, you may be asked to send the parcel to our Operations Facility, Karachi, Pakistan (address will be shared upon approval).


Voucher Redemption Policy

  • Vouchers are valid for online purchases only at www.quorael.com.

  • Each voucher is for one-time use only and cannot be combined with others.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • If a voucher exceeds the purchase value, the remaining balance will be forfeited.


International Orders

  • Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders, as all products are quality-checked before dispatch.

  • If an exception is made, customers must bear the return shipping and customs charges.

  • Products purchased on sale or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.


Special Note on Flood-Affected Areas

In flood-affected areas, returns or exchanges may not be possible if delivery services are suspended or unsafe. Quorael (Transcode Digital) reserves the right to cancel or decline orders if fulfillment is not possible in these areas.
