All payments and refunds are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery duty unpaid: customers outside Pakistan are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available, we may cancel your purchase.
Risk transfers to you once delivery is completed.
Where possible, we deliver in a single shipment. If split deliveries are required, you will be notified.
Orders cannot be modified after dispatch. For international orders, refunds/exchanges are not possible once shipped.
